*As a CMOS Image Sensor Process Integration Engineer at ON Semiconductor, you will be responsible for working with a team in developing advanced CMOS image sensor pixel technology. In this position you will focus on developing and optimizing new pixel layout & process modules. You will also be setting up process flows for new products to be manufactured by foundry partners. Additionally you will work on new pixel designs, optimize pixel layouts, analyzing data and support imager products on pixel related issues.Successful candidates for this position will possess several if not all of the following qualities:Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields- Deep understanding of semiconductor device physics- Knowledge in CMOS semiconductor processing and development- Knowledge of CMOS process flows, design rules, and layout design- A high level of motivation and innovation- The ability to aggressively execute complex process experiments and focus on solving problems individually or as part of a team- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- The ability to effectively accomplish tasks in a timely manner, *Preferred Qualifications:- Master s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields- Good knowledge of optics a plus- Knowledge in optoelectronic device design, simulation, and process integration- Experience in CMOS/CCD imager pixel design, pixel development a plus- Courses in statistics, circuit design and device characterization are a plus- Knowledge of TCAD simulation tools like Silvaco or Sentaurus
