  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Provide Cisco VOIP L3 level end to end support to clients VOIP infrastructure consisting Cisco CUCM, CUC, UCCX, CUAC, Cisco Voice Gateway including Incident, Problem and Change Management remotely Provide maintenance of SIP Links, Analog fax lines, Voicemails, Unity Auto Attendants, Call Billing Systems including CDR logs and Alarms/Alerts of all VoIP devices
      • Technical Experience : Provide administrative support to multiple contact center configured in UCCX like call flow modification, Agent ID creation/deletion, new feature addition etc Perform operational work like Phone creation, deletion, display name change, auth-code, lock code, extension mobility, Hotline PLAR configuration etc Perform configuration, maintenance troubleshooting of Cisco ATA devises, Right Fax E-Fax and Redbox Voice Logger
      • Professional Attributes : Collaboration with multiple proponents like application owner, service owner, field support team, cabling support team, other towers support team, OEM vendors to ensure end to end Network Services availability Prepare different services related report from tools on periodic basis and share
