Job Description

Required Skills set -

  • Good communication skills( English, Hindi & Local Language)
  • Customer Oriented
  • Should have the skills to de-escalate the call and pacify the customers
  • Should be able to analyze issues of customers & provide solution ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Customer support to all Escalated Calls over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES).
  • Candidates should be ready to work 6 days/week with 2 Week Offs (rotational)
  • Should be able to manage relationship with Customers.
  • No Night shift for Female Employees.
  • Pick & Drop facilities provided during odd hours.
