    ESG Production Team Manager 0-3yrs Kolkata Salary As per Market StandardsJob Category: Banking & BFSIJob Type: Full TimeJob Location: kolkataSalary: As per market StandardsYears of Experience: 0-3Production Team ManagerReporting to : ESG Research Operation Manager (ROM)Location: Kolkata, currently: remote.The RoleThe Production Team Manager (PTM) has a key role to organise and follow-up the production for the team and to support talent management in terms of team cohesion, training, tutoring and day-today support on production aspect. Another key role is reporting on team performance and skills development (to the Research Manager) and on production performance (to the ESGROM)Key Responsibilities:Organize and follow-up production for the team: Ensure that team members are meeting their research production targets Have the primary ownership of the full life cycle of the production Ensure coordination with the Talent Planning Manager and ESG ROM to ensure universecoverage and management is accurately defined and processed Support the Talent Planning Manager and ESG ROM in the assessment of every ad hoc production requests (internal or external)Manage the team and support talent management: Assist the Research Manager (RM) in the organisation and delivery of onboardingtraining, tutoring, knowledge enhancements, competency monitoring and developmentplans Manage the team and ensure performance, efficiency and good work atmosphere Take ownership and deploy the vision, strategic orientations and operational objectives as defined for productionReport on team and production performance: Provide regular reporting to the RM on team production performance, associated skills development, and potential risks to be managed Provide regular reporting to the ESG ROM on production targets and risks to production targets and plansThe Candidate: Bachelors degree or equivalent and/or experience in related discipline (Sustainability,corporate social responsibility (CSR), Sustainable Finance) Have a strong interest in ESG, CSR, Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) and/or sustainable development. Previous work experience in a related field is a plus. Production management skills to organise the production and the reporting Excellent team management skills to motivate people, enable team spirit and support the overallmanagement of the team Excellent organisation, coordination and project management skills Good knowledge of financial markets and ESG (environment, social and governance) andsome prior experience in this field is highly desirable Fluency in English, as English is the working languageUnderstanding of Quality Processes like ISO, CMM, etc.Information Security Responsibility Maintain Confidentiality and Integrity of organizationinformation. Report Security Breaches immediately to CISOCompensation: per Company pay-scale
