Role Description:Sales Force Activation is a suite of services which helps clients improve the width & depth of distribution, optimize sales force operations and measure in- store activation & sales performance. Designation: Executive/ Senior ExecutiveLocation: Mumbai / Bangalore / DelhiUnit: Sales EffectivenessPurpose of the role:Primary responsibility shall be client servicing & to manage one or set of clients for their insights and reporting needs. Added responsibility: To identify business opportunities through secondary research and internal integration helping team drive Sales Force Activation solutions for North clients.Main Accountabilities:Report and work with the Team/ Account Lead for SFA to drive servicingAccountability for client specific targets and client satisfaction for the branchProspecting, networking and building relationship with key contacts from client sales organisation across industries and identify new business opportunitiesMeet with clients locally to understand business problems and develop/ suggest solutions, reporting and cross sell opportunitiesServicing of the existing clients along with the Delivery team.Prepare client presentations & analyse reports to showcase insightsShould be able to cultivate trust and teamwork across teamsDrive revenues for Sales Force Activation (SFA) solutions in NorthTypical Position Pre- requisites:Open for feedback and a people s person.Self- driven with strong business insights acumen and understanding of sales processKnowledge & Experience of FMCG Sales & Distribution strategy and execution1- 2+ years overall experience with minimum 1 years in Sales and DistributionExcellent communication & networking skillsHigh interpersonal skillsPreferably having an MBA from a reputed collegeAdvanced excel & power point skills will be good,
