Job Description

    Urgently require 14 Recruiters for our Organization. Its just beside Motherwax museum (Opp to Ecopark gate no 2). Salary upto 25k per month + Incentives. Working day - 5, Time 09.30 am to 6 pm. Interview will be conducted through Skype only.Job Responsibilities
    1. End to end recruitment for Non-IT profiles (Sourcing, Screening, Short-listing)
    2. Communicating with the candidates for the interview dates and performing follow up with the candidate both before interview and after interview.
    3. Trained new joiners on various activities (Sourcing, Screening)
    4. Worked with the team on various last minute deadline orientated tasks and have regularly picked up ad-hoc activities.
    5. Resolving/assisting others team members on day to day queries via call and email.
    6. Used various platforms and portals to check candidates on basis of company requirement and complete the slotted tasks
