The current project is from a large commercialbank with the Finance Team required to provide adequate functional support for the development offinancial product. However, the candidate may need to be involved in providing substantial input forother projects as well on a continuous basis.The candidate should have the following qualities and skillsets-The candidate must have prior experience in Banking /Financial Institution / Credit RatingAgencies.The candidate should have rudimentary knowledge of Finance, accounting and should be keenon scaling up if he/she lacks in any particular area in this domain.Candidate should have sufficient knowledge of financial statements, international reportingstandards, financial ratios, drawing insights based on varying scenarios.Candidate should have the ability of quickly grasping a business logic and communicating iteffectively to all parties concerned.Candidate should be proficient in at least MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint and should becomfortable in handling considerably large amount of data.Candidate should be flexible in scaling up in any additional tool on top of the ones mentionedabove when and if required at any point of time.Candidate should have an analytical frame of mind and should be keen on accomplishing tasksindependently without requiring substantial supervision.Candidate should have good writing skills with sound grammar and syntax as the projectinvolves a lot of writing.Candidate should be willing to put efforts in reading different types of documents as the projectinvolves referring to documents on a continual basis.Candidate have strong inter-personal and communication skills and should be able to workseamlessly with teams of different domains.Candidate should be flexible in terms of timing of joining onshore client calls.Candidate should be able to assimilate large amount of information and make judgmentaldecisions in high pressure situations.Candidate should have the experience and the right mindset to work in an environment of stricttimeline-based deliverables.,
