Experian is the market leader in the USA and the UK.Experian Consumer Services is seeking a strong expert level financial analyst to support the Partner Solutions business ( EPS ). This role provides an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast- paced and high- performing organization that is transforming its business.The successful candidate will be accountable for the following key duties and responsibilities:

• Analyze pricing data from variety of sources to derive insights into pricing strategies and market trends by leveraging both quantitative and qualitative methods. Assess margins, product performance/client engagement to gain a complete picture of effective pricing strategies.
• Develop and maintain pricing tools that can be used to quickly respond to changing client needs and market trends.
• Provide decision support and thought leadership to the business teams in commercial matters spanning product, pricing, and other strategic initiatives. Develop analytics to leverage data and identify key insights and opportunities. Challenge business partners, as needed, to drive better decisions.
• Partner effectively with business teams to drive performance in excess of management expectations. Proactively engage and build strong relationships with the business teams to as to stay connected on strategies and initiatives.
• Assist with revenue forecasting process by working closely with Partner Solutions business FPA team and provide insight into sales pipeline.
• Assist with client contract review process and provide finance related feedback. Collaborate with teams across the business on how best to meet clients needs while protecting the business interests.
• Partner effectively with Partner Solutions business teams as a subject matter expert in finance for pricing and revenue related matters. Proactively engage and build strong relationships with the business teams so as to stay connected on strategies and initiatives. Provide support perform special projects as needed.
• Enhance/automate finance processes and challenge existing assumptions/methodologies.
• Partner effectively across the Consumer Services finance team to support on business initiatives and internal information requirements. Drive continuous improvement and seek to optimize efficiency and customer value in all financial processes and business support functions.
• BS or BA in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent work experience required.
• 4 - 8 years of progressive financial experience. Business unit experience in a large organization preferred.
• Strong competence in developing financial models for complex business scenarios.
• Experience within commercial pricing experience preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to convey complex issues in a simple manner.
• Excellent skills in data analytics with the ability to draw concise insights from large sets of data. Strong skills with business intelligence tools preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
• Proven track record as a successful business partner.
• Ability to multi- task several important priorities simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex issues in a simple manner.
• Ability to work independently on assignments of various levels of complexity.
• Ability to effectively balance detail orientation while maintaining accuracy and developing sound recommendations.
• Highly motivated, self- starter who manages projects end- to- end and has a demonstrated track record of getting results, organizing and prioritizing deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment. Experience leading improvement efforts in finance.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Ability to have fun and bring a sense of humor to work.
• High degree of integrity and strong backbone.
