Job Description

  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application.       • Key Responsibilities : As a French Service Desk Agent Level 1 you will represent Delivery Team at the front, will acknowledge the emails and phone calls You will resolve IT issues for our multinational customers remotely from Kolkata, together with Technical, semi-technical colleagues from around the world They will contact you via email, phone or a self-service portal and your task will be to support them in French and English language either by resolving the issue on the spot or by coordinating with other technici
      • Technical Experience : Customer Service / Service Desk / IT support experience, Knowledge of computer hardware/peripherals Hands on experience to work on Windows operating system, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and other standard software Good to have advance level of reporting through Excel /other reporting tools Good to have aesthetic sense of presentation through PPT Good to have experience of using translation tool such as Systran, Trados etc
    • Professional Attributes : Ability and willingness to work in 24/7 environment night shift in rotation will be mandatory Experience to manage European clients Basic knowledge of email and attending phone calls Ability to write, read, understand and speak English and French fluently Feel enthusiastic about answering quest
