Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Web & Chat Executive, Email Support Executive
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries concerns over email, chat or the web
  • Maintain and support customer cases and inquiries through satisfactory completion
  • Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming
  • Excellent written skills in English, strong on grammar.
