Job Description

We have a urgent opening for Front Office or Back Office executive.Candidate must have good communication skill.Responsibilities:

Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.
Provided customer service in the shop.
Assisting store manager for stock maintenance and record keeping.
Created customer contact letters and maintained sales account information with MS word and MS Excel.
Generated reports from Oracle databases.
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Greet and welcome guests
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
