Job role . Should have exposure to Functional Test planning/preparation/execution/reporting , Should be able to independently plan , design , execute and capture test cases based on a BSRD/SRS/FDD document , should have knowledge about testing phases and deliverables like test plan , RTM etc, entry exit criteria and defect reporting, should be able to drive defect triage and defect management processes. Should have knowledge of microservices and API testing . Should be able to write SQL queries and familiarity with UNIX /Linus commands is expected. Good to have exposure to AGILE delivery framework. Good to have knowledge on payments/fund disbursement systems. Good to have exposure on Automation , having framework knowledge of Selenium testNG/Cucumber/Appium etc Based on years of experience, should be able to work as a module lead/team lead Responsibilities and duties of this job: Understand requirement independently and designing test strategy based on the BSRD/SRS/FDD documents. Test planning/preparation/execution/reporting Test data preparation Test Env set up Defect analysis and triage SIT/UAT support and defect triage. Co-ordinate with different stake holding teams Essential skillset and work experience required to carry out this job: a. Primary skillset- Test planning/preparation/execution/reporting , Test data preparation , AGILE principles , bug tracking using JIRA/CLM/BMC Remedy , API testing , SQL , UNIX, issue debugging. b. Secondary skillset Payments/Fund management domain knowledge , microservices testing , API testing , database testing c. Other requisites Good communications , testing processes knowledge Key Skills: Test planning/preparation/execution/reporting , Test data preparation , AGILE principles , bug tracking using JIRA/CLM/BMC Remedy , API testing , SQL , UNIX, issue debugging.,
