    VP - Leadership Development & Talent ManagementJob Purpose :- The job purpose is to design and apply strategies that will develop our leadership. As the rganization transforms from to a hyper growth phase, driven by purpose and fuelled by digital, it would be crucial to develop our leadership bench strength intentionally.- Additionally, they will work on building experiences and intentional learning moments in the flow of work. Our clientele includes Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies.Job responsibilities :Leadership Development :- Define the current leadership principles and build ownership towards the principles- Define key leadership experiences based on Education, Experience, Exposure and Environment and create space to build leadership development- Own the individual development plan for leaders and help them undertake their leadership journeys- The role will help leadership own, develop, and accentuate new culture including new ways of working.Talent management :- The role will further develop the talent management agenda- This will include defining the process for talent identification- Building a talent development roadmap- Ensure talent develops across the organization and leaders feel enthusiastic about talent developmentTeam Management:- Lead a team of training specialists who will be focused on developing manager capability & leadership development across our businesses- Partner with engagement team to build key learning initiativeLearning Culture :- Build Enthusiasm around learning & drive learning culture that would be seamlessly practised across the organisation- Utilize multiple channels and tools to support a broad array of learners and learning objectives, such as digital learning (videos, e-Learning, online tools), virtual instructor-led training, instructor-led training, job aids, gamification, simulations, assessments, coaching and mentoring- Establish and maintain a reliably high level of quality in training delivery Locations that meets or exceeds our internal operational standardsLearning Reporting and Analytics :- Articulate the right metrics to measure learning function- Provide the right metrics to measure process quality and productivity, providing meaningful feedback to the technology and business teams.- Demonstrate excellent project management, planning and analytical skillsQualifications / Experience :- Any Graduate / Post Graduate- 15+ years- experience in a Global MNC BPO and currently working at a VP / Director level handling Training in an MNC BPO and managing multiple sites.- Experience managing managers in a matrixed organization- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly growing environment- Licenses or certifications in one or more of the following: MBTI (Myers- Briggs), FIRO-B, Six Sigma, etc preferred- Ability to think strategically, and a demonstrated track record of implementing scalable talent strategy that meets current business needs- Knowledge of current learning technologies, assessment and survey platforms- Ability to match personal work style and approach to build trust and credibility- Thrives in a collaborative and team-oriented culture- Ability to drive projects through strong project management skills, leadership, influence, and broad knowledge base;- Operations or Contact Center experience- Strong sense of urgency and personal commitment- Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment when working in dynamic situations- Budget management experience and knowledge of key business financial metrics.Reporting Structure:- This Role will report to the CHRO- Overall Traits for this Role- Personal Attributes/Traits Competencies- Consultative Business Foresight- Resilient Influencing Others- Decisive & Action oriented Managing Transformation- Achievement oriented Fostering partnerships with clients- Creative Working across boundaries- Socially Confident Driving Excellence- Eager to learn Leading Teams,
