The HR department will depend on the assistance in a number of important functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development, compliances & other activities of the organisation.Job Location: KolkataQualification: MBA (Human Resources)Age: 45-50 years (Preferred)CTC: INR up to 12-14 LPA (Negotiable)Position: General ManagerReporting: Director & CFOCOMPANY DETAILS:The company is working out of 06 locations presently (all in Kolkata). The company is the largest distributor of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd in Eastern India, with 05 showrooms and 02 large service centres (one of them is the largest workshop in Eastern India), all in Kolkata. There are more than 600 employees working under the direct payroll of the company.NEED SKILLS:
    • Candidate must have at least 12-15 years of experience in the service industry (Candidate having experience in the Automobile industry may be preferred)
    • Excellent communication and people skills
    • Aptitude in problem-solving
    • Conversant with ER and PF practices
    • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
    • Lead the HR department in an organization with over 500 employees for at least 03 years
    • HR software control
    JOB DESCRIPTION FOR GM-HR/HR HEAD PROFILE:
    • Lead the HR department in an organization with over 750 employees
    • Recruitment, Employee relation management, HR MIS, HR Policy formulation and implementation, Implementation of training and Development
    • Monitor day-to-day HR team-related activities and execution
    • New employee induction
    • Performance Appraisal, Companys HR events (Picnics, sports etc)
    • Control & monitor the payroll processing in HR software control
