Job Description

  • Formulate marketing strategies and work closely with bottling partners to devise and implement plans to maximize the local opportunity for the portfolio.
  • Drive volume & revenue targets for Various Categories and Brands for the Zones through integrating all below the line BTL marketing efforts (promotions and local regional experiential marketing assets) within a consistent marketing plan for one Zone.
  • Partner with the BU Commercial Team and Zonal Operations team to drive volume & revenue targets by leveraging various commercial interventions like RGM, BPPC, Channel programs in the Zone.
  • Develop / Build on core creative ideas for various activation and promotion plans and allocate Direct Marketing Expenses (DME) for activities.
  • Ensure implementation of OBMs and be a custodian of Brand Guidelines in the market.
Operations:
  • Lead execution of channel plans for focus channels like E&D, Grocery, Transport etc.
  • Lead execution of Coca-Colas approach in emerging channels like e-Commerce, Food aggregators etc.
  • Partner with zones in executing specific volume driving activities that will result in revenue & share gain.
  • Partner with Zone & Execute local Customer marketing programs to drive loyalty towards Coca-Cola.
  • Leverage Bottler Capability to drive Operations metrics like availability, SOVI on Focus Brands and packs.
  • Plan and execute NPDs in partnership with Bottling Zones and leverage Zonal capabilities and align marketing inputs to ensure NPD Volume and Revenue objectives are met.
