  • Provide advice, guidance and technical support on all aspects of the technical & product capabilities of the Whatman Lab Filtration portfolio
  • Support Product Management, Marketing functions and regional Sales/Commercial teams through thorough understanding of the LF portfolio and customer applications
  • Respond to customer technical questions to ensure appropriate product selection and product use
  • Support commercial activities in order to grow business
  • Support activity to improve the commercial impact of references to standard test methods
  • Provide product and application input and guidance to quality and complaint investigations to Manufacturing, Quality and R&D

  • Education: Life Sciences degree or equivalent
