Job Description

Good communication Skills: This person will need to make many phone calls from a report that will be provided each month. While the dialed numbers will mostly be messages/chat lines, there will be some calls that connect to a human. Strong English Language Skills: This person will need to take notes on what is heard when calling a number. This is a big portion of what they will be doing. Ability to Deal with Strange Calls: This person will be listening to messages from chat lines with adult / religious / weird themes. It is important to let the candidate know this from the beginning. MS Excel Skills: The process will be completed using MS Excel spreadsheets. There is only one spreadsheet that is used each month. Although it has specific formatting built into it, having a basic understanding of Excel will be helpful. Web Research: In additional to calling specific numbers, there is also a process that will require online research of websites and numbers. Essential:

  • o Excellent English language skills
  • o Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • o Must be able to work with little direct supervision
  • o Analytical mind and business acumen
  • o Must have high troubleshooting skills along with exploration skills to find out the root cause of various issues
  • o Work with team members across different time zones/offices
  • o Proficient w/min 2 years of experience in MS Excel
Desirable:
  • o Prior telecom industry knowledge or experience
  • o Prior experience working within a call center environment
  • o Experience / Exposure using business intelligence tools (e.g. Business Objects, Tableau)
  • o Experience presenting information using data visualization techniques
