Job Description

- Looking for a Head Sales who will be responsible for Formulation and implementation of business strategy and drive the growth.- As a Head you will be responsible for C-Suite engagement, Strategy, Partnership and Liasoning with State Electricity Boards, DISCOMs- Product - HV Switchgear & Power Transformer- Business Development, Regulatory, Electricity Distribution, Power Sale, Power Trading & Tendering, Grid Management, Proposals and Commercial in Power Sector - Direct P&L responsibility apart from other role- Design, develop and implement strategic plans for the organization. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the organization, which includes managing committees and staff selection and deputation. Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets- Develop business plans in collaboration with the board of directors and reports to the CMD on regular basis- Set the Companys strategic aims, ensure that the necessary financial and human resources are in place for the company to meet its objectives, and review management performance,
