Job Description

  • Plan the Strategy for achieving yearly Target , Markets to reach, Develop System && Procedure ,creating standard SOP Development of Sales Action Plans
  • Meeting allocated business goals
  • Targeted customer acquisition

  • 100% receivables should not go beyond 60 days
  • Generating EBIDTA percentage && EBIDTA value

  • Take care of customer , Purchases of Trading Assets and Fixed Assets , Inventory control ,
  • Vendor development , Upkeep of Asset , Cost Control , Quality parameters , team coordination for building efficiency,. On time Customer Agreements and contracts
  • Procurement should be within the defined budget
  • Increase the age of Asset Maintenance
  • Customer satisfaction survey score should be 7/10
  • Customer drop out should be less than 5 %
  • Technical Support to all clients always 24*7 also to build qualified team of engineers Marketing
  • Introduction && Implementation of new marketing && branding initiatives to generate leads
  • Running & tracking online && offline sales && marketing campaigns
  • Learning & Development
  • Build a core team for all functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Ops, Purchase, Inventory, develop their KRA/KPI, Build a robust team which takes over all functions.
  • Improving performance of sales & marketing periodic training
  • Consistent tracking of performance
  • Performance Report-
  • Weekly/Per Month/Quarterly CRM Sales report and Order Execution with:1. Plan vs. achieved
