On time Customer Agreements and contracts a. Procurement should be within the defined budget b. Increase the age of Asset Maintenance c. Customer satisfaction survey score should be 7/10 d. Customer drop out should be less than 5 % e. Technical Support to all clients always 24*7 also to build qualified team of engineers Marketing Introduction & Implementation of new marketing & branding initiatives to generate leads Running & tracking online & offline sales & marketing campaigns Learning & Development Build a core team for all functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Ops, Purchase, Inventory, develop their KRA/KPI, Build a robust team which takes over all functions. Improving performance of sales & marketing a. periodic training b. Consistent tracking of performance Performance Report- Weekly/Per Month/Quarterly CRM Sales report and Order Execution with:1. Plan vs. achieved 2.Reasons for any shortfalls 3. SWOT analysis 4. Target for the next few month 5.net promoter score 6. Customer profitability score 7. Customer retention rate 8. Conversion rate 9. Relative Marketing Share Skills Required: 1. Good Command in English 2. Flexible on Travelling Pan India 3. Good in negotiation skills 4. Expert in structuring documentations, process and system 5. Tech Savvy 6. Proficient in developing proper reporting system Pan India 7.
