Job Description

    Required for Assistant Manager Housekeeping in 4* HotelPost - Assistant Manager Housekeeping 5 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping director, or other similar positionAt least 2 years experience in hospitality or guest servicesExtensive knowledge of environmental services, including detailed cleaning processes and a wide range of cleaning supplies and equipmentApplicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer serviceSalary will be 20000/- to 25000/- in hand(Negotiable depends on experience)Job Location:- KolkataJob ResponsibilitiesMonitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas dailyLead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfactionOversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning suppliesDocument areas cleaned by room attendants and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests to the front officeEnsure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as neededSupervising room attendants and cleaning staff, checking that rooms are cleaned to a high standardDrawing up a shift rotation for staffHiring and training new employeesFor Interview schedule callMr Khanhidden_mobile/hidden_mobile
