To assist the manager in the full spectrum of human resource management and related functionsEnsure company s human resources are used efficiently and effectivelyAssist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, statutes and regulationsProvide support for manpower planning, recruitment and selection processHandling payroll including statutory deductionsConduct new employee induction programAssist in the identification and analyses of staff training, development and career support needsConduct new hire survey and exit interview to improve existing welfarePerformance appraisal or evaluation of employeeOrganise and administer staff consultation and grievance proceduresOversee employees disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policiesAble to handle matters relating to expatriate applicationsHandling payroll including statutory deductionsAssist in the Occupational Health & Safety of the companyDevelop and recommend plans and activities to improve on the current HR system and process development Requirements Minimum a Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/ Management/ HRMAt least 2- 3 years of working experience in the related fieldKnowledge of Malaysian employment laws and practicesStrong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsIndependent and possess excellent interpersonal and Communication skills Proactive, dependable and able to work independentlyPossess own transport and willing to travel ,
