Job Description

We are looking for an HR Non-IT Recruiter with experience in BFSI hiring, specializing in referral-based recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills and the ability to build a reliable talent pipeline through referrals.Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage referrals as the primary source for hiring candidates in the BFSI sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing candidates, employees, and industry professionals to generate quality referrals.
• Conduct candidate engagement and networking activities to create a robust referral network.
• Screen and assess candidates through initial interactions and align them with client requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth interview and selection processes.
• Maintain an organized database of potential candidates sourced through referrals.
• Keep track of industry trends and salary benchmarks to enhance hiring strategies.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in BFSI recruitment, with a focus on referral hiring.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job roles and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience in agency or consultancy recruitment will be an added advantage.
