Position Summary :Delivers and executes a full spectrum of HR solutions and services to a specified internal client group. May provide guidance to junior level team members.Experience:Overall 8 to 10+ years of Experience with 4 years of HR Advisor experienceEssential Criteria: Should be proficient in Ms Excel and PowerPoint.Candidate should have hands-on experience in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and should have analytic bent of mind to run various analysis on excel.Primary Responsibilities : Executes the delivery of HR solutions of core COE-designed processes including Talent and Development, Compensation & Mobility, Employee Relations, M&A and Special Projects across a specified internal client group.
