Job description: Role Description: HR Technology UX Design Associate Manager The Team: Accenture HR is continually evolving its set of digital solutions and capabilities to better support our people and our business. As a member of the HR Technology User Experience team, you champion our human-centered focus and working with functional teams to help them translate employee sentiment and design thinking insights into tangible opportunities for experience improvement. As part of our global team, youll be working with HR functional experts, CIO development and operations teams, directly with employees, and others. As a User Experience Design Manager, you will: Build relationships across HR teams and establish yourself as an expert advisor that can guide their efforts toward improving user experience Drive UX assessments across HR functions, identifying and reporting on the health of the experience, what is going well, and where there are opportunities for experience improvement Apply conceptual thinking to create world-class digital services and UX concepts across multiple platforms by bringing together business goals, user requirements and aligning them with technical possibilities and limitations Design user experience concepts ranging from low fidelity concepts to high fidelity interactive mock-ups, including UX maps to represent the as-is and to-be state of experience for HR functions Use rapid prototyping methods ranging from paper to digital prototyping, to communicate ideas quickly and instantly with functional and project teams We are looking for experience in the following: Experience working in one or more HR functional areas and a basic understanding of HR functions and processes Experience in planning, designing, and delivering user centered design projects, user research activities and analytical experience reports Experience planning and running virtual workshops, design thinking activities, interviews and focus groups A sound understanding of the design thinking process and its applicability in both vendor and custom software Ability to create simple and compelling visuals to reframe ambiguous and complex problems or concepts Ability to communicate ideas or concepts through storyboards, wireframes, and diagrams, in addition to strong written and oral communication skills, to engage and inspire stakeholders Experience managing projects and schedules, working across a team to complete high quality deliverables on time.
