Job Description

Job ResponsibilitiesHi,We are looking out candidates for HR/Quallity assurance process in Kolkata location.Experience: 5 to 7 yearsQualification: Graduate Full timeKindly find the JD given below:

  • Should drive and support Quality Assurance through ISO Compliance and Audits for both CBS and BPO HR alongside PROMPT and reporting.
  • Should be able to manage Internal Engagement audit, Cross Centre audit, External Audit and Remote audit, Closing audit findings in R&C portal
  • Should be able to handle Issue Management and associated follow-up process, closure monitoring
  • Should drive and support Active Quality Assurance (AQA)
  • Ensure periodic updating (monthly) for all ISO 27001 & 22301 documents by liaising with R&C team
  • Proving inputs surrounding India Integrated Management systems aspects to Command Center. Report-out of continuous improvement status
  • Maintaining OTACE governance plan, ensuring OTACE is rolled out as per defined timeline, Follow up on the scores and publish the report to R&C team
  • Should drive and support Change Management effectively.
  • Releasibility utilization reporting, monthly reporting to specific DLs
  • Updating BCP and BIA documents as per R&C (Risk & Compliance) requirements
Identifying and closing risk for the engagement and updating risk log accordingly along with associated follow-up processDesired Candidate Profile:
  • Very good analytical skill and commitment to quality and ability to approach assignments strategically
  • Attention to details with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with ability to see broader picture
  • Ability to create tools & models to interpret & analyze data
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Highly proficient in advanced MS Excel & Power point
Ability to work in Global business environment and work independently,
