      • Annual Performance Management System FAIR
      • Detail Analysis and Presentation Cost Impact Analysis, Grade Base Pyramid Vs Actuals, Year on Year trend analysis etc.
      • Employee Recognition Program Long Service Award / PRAISE / Other Key Initiatives
      • All HR Audits ICFR/CAS etc.
      • Should have high system orientation / MS Office package knowledge
