Prepares written investigative reports as necessaryDevelops and maintains confidential procedures for the handling and processing of complaints and allegations. conduct and manage confidential hearing of employees and other third parties issues related to the ethics or conflicts.Prepare and manage complete documentation for ethics complaints and reportsMaintains an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of firm s and network requirements, compliance and reporting responsibilitiesParticipate in compliance risk assessments and communications in order to ensure compliance withapplicable laid guidelines enacted by IAC internal policies and proceduresEnsure compliance to firm s network standards and other network and firm risk management policies.Training / coaching team members in their areas of expertise while being open for engagements out-side the comfort zoneActively participates in trainings on ethics and compliance requirementsPerforms other related duties as assigned.Minimum years experience requiredIAC will provide a professional an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the ability to develop process and quality based skills.Chartered Accountant with 7-8 years of relevant experience in audits or internal audits (big fours are preferred)Experience in Ethics and Business Conduct and risk management domain will be an added advantage and preferredStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsGood communication skills,
