Job Description

    CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT- Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) is seeking professionals who can play a pivotal role in the finance function to support its multiple projects across locations.- After making a mark in an extensive Lok Sabha election campaign and assembly election campaigns across Bihar in 2015, Punjab & Uttar Pradesh in 2017, Andhra Pradesh in 2019 and West Bengal & Tamil Nadu in 2021.- I-PAC is now gearing up for the upcoming National Elections. If you are interested in making meaningful contribution and want to experience it from close quarters, then read on! Your responsibilities will include : - Preparation of month on month and year-end financial reports- Preparation of monthly/quarterly bank, expense and any ad-hoc MIS, as and when required- Preparation of expense budget report and conduct budget vs. actual analysis- Review and release online banking payments- Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support- Ensure all basic internal financial controls are in place to all financial transactions including appropriate safeguarding of assets- Filing of all Direct & Indirect Tax Returns- Timely filing of ROC returns and other compliance- A good hand experience of handling Tax, Statutory and Internal audits- Compliance with Local India Laws like Professional Tax, Gratuity, PF, ESIC etc.- Oversee company Admin Activities Qualification and Preferences : - Degree in Chartered Accountancy issued by ICAI- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience- Strong knowledge of accounting software Tally- In-depth knowledge and experience in Direct and Indirect Tax Core Competencies Required : - Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills- Excellent Client Interfacing & Negotiation Skills- Ability to drive continuous improvement in Business and Financial Process- Able to work in a fast-paced environment- Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability- Flexibility to TravelFor your candidature to be considered on this job, you need to apply necessarily on the companys redirected page of this job.
