  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Participates in requirements, design, and analysis sessions to ensure sound team decision-making and effective ETL strategy 2 Understands the business requirements from a data warehouse and ETL development perspective 3 Maps source system data to data warehouse models 4 Adapts ETL processes to accommodate changes in source systems and new business user requirements 5 Develops, tests, and implements efficient ETL code following software processes, standards, and best practices
      • Technical Experience : 6 Uses understanding of the interaction between ETL tool and database to tune and/or optimize performance 7 Supports system and user acceptance testing activities including issue resolution to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner 8 Analyzes data latency, accuracy, and relevance to ensure data integrity of reports 9 Develops, tests, monitors, and troubleshoots ETL processes 10 Interprets the transformation rules for all target data objects and develops the components
      • Professional Attributes : 11 Automates the ETL process through scheduling and exception-handling routines as well as source to target mapping development, support, and maintenance 12 Deploys an error management mechanism to capture all relevant error information and associate data in a manner that can be re-processed
