Job Description

About the role:

The role of Inside Sales Executive will be to identify research and target business prospects. Maintaining good relationship with existing customers ensuring repeat business would be an important part of this role.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Building revenue through inside sales activity for subscription, advertisements reports

Customer Relationship Management

Source new leads (through cold calling and other methods) and develop profitable business relationships with them

Developing user database

Creating marketing / promotional strategies (online, including social media)

Creating marketing / promotional strategies (offline)

Need to be proactive and come up with out-of-the box ideas

Key Skills: Excellent communication (both verbal written) skills, Inside Sales, Subscription selling, Digital Sales, Tele calling

Requirements:

Graduation - Any Specialization

Freshers or up to 2 years experience in Inside Sales

Should be willing to build contacts customer relationship management

Strong verbal, written and visual communication and presentation skills
