Roles and ResponsibilitiesIdeal Candidate:Hands-on Technical Manager with practical experience of process improvement, object-orientated languages, Database (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and/or scripting languages e.g. Python, and experience of system integrations. The candidate would be part of intelligent automation technical team which would require him/her to contribute in automation development process which includes, product development, understanding of cloud infrastructure and low code tools. Having delivered RPA implementations (Bots) and other automation solution using different tools and programs across an enterprise portfolio in both attended and unattended modes. An appreciation for infrastructure nuances and configurations specifically Azure Cloud. Development experience in an Agile framework delivering enterprise projects with a global footprint and technologies. Curious mindset, self-driven and an aptitude for learning and failing-mindfully to deliver exceptional solutions.At least one intelligent automation implementation experience required. Understanding of machine learning/NLP and chatbot technology is preferred. Overview:Engaging and supporting technical and non-technical delivery teams about Automation / coding best practices and solutions.A key member of the Agile Development team, cognizant of the multifaceted approach to the quality, testing, and support of the delivered RPA automations.Contribute to and strengthen the development processes; Testing, coding standards, and implementations.Display a resilient attitude, open to accepting rapid change, failing-fast, and maintaining a positive attitude and quality focus throughout.Combining RPA technology development experience and skills with process optimization approaches to deliver efficient, quality solutions.Upgrading/learning new tools related to process intelligence, process mining and intelligent automation.The Role and its expectationsLeading internal projects, understanding a engagements team business process and technology to identify, pursue, and ultimately obtain additional automation opportunities.Developing low code technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations, including how to implement technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs and meet legal-related and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations.Demonstrating high performance as a team leader to generate a vision, establishing direction, motivating members creating an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views, coaching staff, and encouraging, improvement and innovationDefining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and delivery of solutionsIdentifying and addressing client needs, including developing and sustaining extensive client relationships.Managing in a professional services firm or large, enterprise as a consultant, auditor, or business process specialist.Working with Technical Solutions Architect (TSA) and acting as a key member of the RPA development team, fostering open strong relationships with multi-skilled technical and non-technical teams.Take responsibility for delivering coded solutions to agreed standards, championing security and quality, in a process-oriented role.Support the Technical Solutions Architect in delivering continuous improvement through peer- reviews, code quality standards, and managing efficiencies to deliver from inception to implementation including operational considerations and documentation for handover.Development experience of solutions that have been successfully implemented in Cloud infrastructure (Any of Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)Experience delivering RPA solutions including Machine Learning extensions, Cognitive/AI, ML extensions, and data warehousing. (Computer Vision / AI Fabric / Conversational understanding)Experience designing and developing Restful API integration across platforms (Cloud, Hybrid and On-Premise)Full development lifecycle including designing, developing, testing, and implementing RPA solutions including hands-on development and scripting experience. (.Net, Java, UiPath, API Restful integration, PowerShell, Python preferred)Recommend and improve the use of service metrics to achieve and maintain efficiencies and quality deliverables as part of development.Optimization and reuse of code / automations (Bot) where beneficial and foster a sharing / open relationship with the wider PwC organization as appropriate.Experience working with source code management and backlog toolchains including a documentation (GIT/hub, NuGet)Experience of coding, peer-reviewing and implementing attended, unattended and mixed RPA SolutionsWork alongside Business analysts (BA), process owners/business SMEs in delivering requirements.Support TSA and BA in reviewing risks in the analysis and scoring of process criteria. (Supporting the business case for solutions)Delivering operations-ready solutions that are secure, scalable, and meet or exceed functional and non-functional requirements. (Operations focus)Deliver solutions that co-exist with required credentials systems for Bots (focus on unattended Bots).Solid understanding of source code management toolchains, frameworks, and concepts (E.g., VSTS, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Kanban, etc)Good verbal and written technical communication skillsMinimum 8+ Years experience in which at least 4+ working as a hands-on developer in an automation project. This should include working on RPA tool such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blueprism, Workfusion, IPSoft or winautomationMinimum 4+ Years of experience of using Agile framework for developmentKnowledge of at least one programming or scripting language, such as C#, javascripts or python.Completed at least 2 end to end enterprise deployment of projects using - Abbyflexicaputre, IQ bot Automation Anywhere, AI fabric in Uipath, process gold or Celnois. This could also include any AI related projects.Comfortable in an Enterprise organizational structure delivering Automation projects (not necessarily RPA) Experience collaborating with business teams and subject matter experts in understanding, optimizing and/or automating business processes.Least two years of client facing experience with strong verbal, written and presentation skillsDesired Candidate ProfileKey Skills
