Job Description

TITLE:Intern (Human Resources)DEPARTMENT:Human ResourcesREPORTS TO:Director, International HRLOCATIONRemoteEngenderHealth s vision is a world where sexual and reproductive health rights are respected as human rights, and women and girls have the freedom to reach their full potential. The period for the position will initially be for three months.Responsibilities:

  1. Post open positions on recruitment software
  2. Scheduling interviews for candidates across various time zones
  3. Conducting professional reference checks and background checks
  4. Updating HRIS (Sage ABRA) and time reporting system (Dovico)
  5. Post employee files on the shared drive
  6. Request set up of email ids for new staff and request termination of email ids of exited staff
  7. Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications and preferred competencies:
  1. Graduate, preference to MSW/MBA or related discipline
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  3. Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  4. Eye for detail
  5. Ability to meet objectives in a timely fashion
  6. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive data related to HR
