Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Tourism Management 2- 4 years of Sales Training experience. Candidates with some experience in a front line sales role will be preferred Responsibility : Conduct product and soft skill training on floor for both newly inducted sales agents as well as tenured sales agents. Listen to calls and identify training gaps. Develop training modules and call scripts. Certification and final assessment of newly inducted sales agent before the agent hits the floor. Ensure newly inducted agents start performing as per the standard operation procedure. Supervise and execute Performance Improvement plans for identified sales agents who are lagging behind from their expected performance levels.,
