Job Description

    ResponsibilitiesTo be the primary point of contact from our end for all IT issues raised by the clientTo provide technical support for applications and infrastructure through coordination between client and our internal tech teamDrive future solution development in accordance with IT Strategy and to continually improve the service providedLiaising with clients IT Team to monitor IT support, performance, project delivery and Service provided Improvement Plans Work with third party vendors if anyTo resolve support issues To be the SPOC for escalations if anyTo work with the IT and Applications team to assist in the development of overall IT strategies across all client contracts running parallellyTo work with the IT to update and maintain the asset inventory if anyPrepare appropriate update reports for senior managers and corporate team; both internal and externalLiaise with the local Communications Team to arrange communications to staff for issues/system outages that may affect them; if anyTo arrange and support the rollout of IT training as appropriate for clients field teamTo scope, arrange and manage the rollout of pilot projects relevant for the client for large project decision makingActively promote the companys commitments in relation to environmental awareness and sustainability
