Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • 3 to 5 years of experience, should have worked on at least 3-4 Java/web application projects, and proven development responsibilities for developing web applications using Java, J2EE and Spring MVC,
  • Java or Spring Annotations and configurations,
  • RDBMS like MySQL or Oracle,
  • Working knowledge of Hibernate Persistence framework,
  • Must have worked on Javascript, JQuery, Ajax, HTML and CSS,
  • Must have good understanding of multi-threading implementation,
  • Hands on experience of developing, calling, testing, deploying and debugging REST APIs,
  • Must have experience of at least one automation technology like RPA (UIPath preferred) or Selenium-based automation (preferred), which was integrated with a web application platform.
  • Must have understanding and experience of application deployment on Tomcat and troubleshooting or monitoring and debugging web applications.
  • Must have practical knowhow (core concepts) of web application solution and architecture.
  • Must be able to communicate well, both written and verbal.
  • Must have been responsible for analysis and creation of documentation (slides, write-ups, analysis summary, etc)
  • Must be passionate and fast learner, must be able to independently work and take responsibility.
  • Must be willing to learn and explore new technologies continuously, will be part of KRA.
Desired Candidate ProfileNice to have skills
  • Exposure to automation solutions like Automation Anywhere, UIPath, AutoIT (Desktop Automation), etc.
  • Knowledge of command line scripting on any OS.
  • Basic knowledge of Angular JS/v2 and above,
  • Exposure to DevOps concepts and tools like Rally, SVN, Git, jenkins, etc.
  • Exposure to or experience using Spring Boot.
  • Exposure to Java-based messaging (Message Queue), like RabbitMQ.
  • Java based certification (No RPA certification needed)
  • Exposure to more open source technologies or frameworks like Log4j, JSON, etc.
  • Willingness to work hard and drive excellence.
