Key Account Executive-SurgicalJob Description
Meet exceed the sales expectations in the accounts assigned. Achieve value and volume growth of products and establish good customer relations in the key accounts. Implement the sales and marketing plans /schemes along with special POA for the accounts to get the sales. Provide value addition for the companys image with the account and make sure that collections are done in a timely manner for the sales done, facilitate product and technology upgrade with evolution of products from company and increase of procedural ownership. Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships Support after sales service to the accounts through products and services Work in OR to promote and support use of Alcon products so as to ensure optimize out-comes and upgrade on a consistent basis. Implement the pricing strategy /policy/discounts to get maximum sales. Ensure acceptance for routine use, evolving products from the company with optimal exposure of the product and ensuring performance that is projected of it with needed support. Send reports that are prescribed and required of him/her promptly. Constant Competitor activity feedback to maintain a competitive advantage Effectively manage the development of the accounts assigned and make sure that the payments are collected on time with regular follow-ups that may be needed. Facilitate increase of procedural ownership consistently- with increase use of Alcon product-spread.
Minimum requirements
Graduate in Engineering/ Science / Pharma / Post Graduate in Marketing Management Proficient in English 2 to 3 years of prior experience of being a medical sales rep/executive, preferably from Ophthalmic Background
