Responsibilities and Duties1. Regularly provide guidance to Chairman and the Directors on their responsibilities under various laws.2. Coordination in legal documentation / legal issues in various term loan and working capital agreements of the company3. Act as the compliance officer of the company under Companies Act.4. To keep track of legal cases, both filed by the company and against the company and to inform the concerned dealing person for taking necessary action, like submission of reply, representation by advocate, receiving court orders wherever applicable, until the cases are disposed by the competent Authorities.5. Any other responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time as per requirement.
