Dear Applicant,We are seeking an observant, compassionate, and energetic lifeguard to monitor all water activities and ensure the safety of all of our swimmers and visitors.In this role, you will be directly responsible for confirming that all patrons follow the necessary safety rules, and will also respond accordingly in the case of an emergency. You will play a key part in ensuring the well-being of all of our visitors while maintaining a fun and safe swimming environment.Interested candidates should contact us for the job position.Duties and ResponsibilitiesRemain alert and keep a watchful eye on all activities that are occurring in and around the waterEducate and then enforce all safety rules of the facility in effort to prevent hazardous issues or accidentsProvide information, instructions, and directions to patrons who ask for clarificationRescue drowning victims or other patrons who experience medical emergencies at the facilityProvide first aid-oftencpr or other life-saving care treatments to patrons when requiredIdentify and communicate any potential health, safety, or accident risks to the facility supervisorAssist with setting up the facility for various water classes and activitiesRecord the facilitys participation numbers and compile the necessary daily reportsCollaborate with other lifeguards and facility staff to maintain safety of the environment and uphold our positive reputationAttend all staff meetings as required
