Job Description

  • Should have strong OS administration, Managing User / Group Administration skills on Linux.
  • Add disks, partitions, and file systems to a Linux system & manage LVM.
  • Advanced experience in one or more of the following areas: Software Design or Development, Content Distribution/CDN, Scripting/Automation, IP Networking, IT Security
  • Advocate customer requests, troubleshoot and resolve complex, critical and adhere to ITIL processes.
  • Prioritize technical issues, define and track bugs and offer/track creative solutions.
  • Required experience with infrastructure and platform deployment, troubleshooting, production support for highly secure, large-scale, complex, distributed platforms across multiple workload VPCs in a 24x7 customer facing environment.
  • Experience in Software and Patch management, Monitor system performance, VPN management, Troubleshoot mail issue.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Network file shares like Samba & NFS.
  • Good troubleshooting knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Event Logs
  • Worked with AWS EC2,CloudWatch,IAM,VPC Services.
  • Must Have: Experience on any Public Cloud AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform,shell scripting, Linux Knowledge.
  • Good to have: Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible Knowledge
  • Exp- 3-6 Years
