Job Description

NOTICE PERIOD : 15 DAYS OR ASAPEXPERIENCE : 4+ YEARSLOCATION : ANYJOB DESCRIPTION:

  • 4+ years of extensive development experience in MicroStrategy11.x Desktop, Architect, Object Manager, Visual Insight and Web.
  • Experience in MicroStrategy Report Development, Document Development, Dashboard Design and Visual Insight.
  • Expertise in creating MicroStrategyReports and Public objects (like Filters, Metrics, Prompts and Consolidations).
  • Experience on creation of Schemaobjects (like Attributes, Facts, Transformations and Hierarchies).
  • Good hands on experience in Report Service Documents and delivered Reports in PDF, Excel and Word format.
  • Experience in using OLAP services (like View Filter, Derived Metric, Intelligent Cubes and Derived Elements) for increasing performance.
  • Expertise in Creating Intelligent Cubes and scheduling those I-cubes.
  • Hands on experience in working with interactive dashboards using Selectors and Widgets (Heat Map, Bubble Grid & Cylinder).
  • Worked on VLDB Properties for better performance of large reports.
  • Experience in performancetuning of various Reports and Dashboards.
  • Hands on experience in moving objects from Development to QA using Object Manager.
  • Used outlines in Command Manager to create Users and Report Objects.
  • Experience in working on different sources like Oracle and SQL Server.
  • Good knowledge on Snowflake/Star schema and Datawarehousing concepts.
  • Having good knowledge on SQL.
  • Hands on experience on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and unit testing.
