We are looking for aVPto lead the massive expansion in different verticals of leather goods and accessories. they musthave worked in the same/similar capacity in the manufacturing export sector, preferably leather goods, for the last 5 years.KRA:1)The incumbentVPwill be directly reporting to the Board and will be responsible for YOY exponential growth of both the top line (REVENUE) and bottom line (EBIDTA) of this Public Limited company which is consistently making profits each year for the last 30 years.2)Develop a business plan and strategy for multiple product line markets that ensure the attainment of companys sales goals and profitability. Responsible for the P&L of the company.3)Establish the Business as a strong quality service provider and work towards sustained revenue growth while adhering to the companys standard credit policy.4)Responsible for high-speed product development and new business acquisition in different product and service verticals likegifting etc. This would entail searching for prospective new buyers and procurement of orders from them.5)Planning and execution of innovative strategies for the penetration of new markets.For example, combining leather with PU, wood, steel, fabric,etc.6)Work closely with design, marketing, merchandising, production and costing teams to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis.7)Effectively establish excellent relations with overseas buyers and create a loyal client base.8)Track individual customers buying houses closely in order to gain a higher market share aimed towards the growth in business volumes as well as profitability and cash flow while constantly analyzing cost-effectiveness.9)Review & develop sales reports, forecasts, post procurement analysis, merchandise mix, inventory levels for optimum growth and profit.10)Travel to various locations, participate/attend fairs to generate business for existing and new verticals11)Travel overseas to represent the company at trade fairs in order to tap new clientele for developing business across the globe.12)Ownership of ideas from inception to execution - responsible for formulating Marketing Strategies including Pricing & Promotion, Sales Forecast, Customer Analysis, Budgeting & other activities related to Sales & Marketing.13)Search for prospective business leads through website, digital marketing, remarketing, trade fair exhibitors analysis and also from competitors B2B portals.14)Plan individual/team goals to achieve preset targets within time, quality & cost parameters.15)To be accountable for providing direction, motivation, and training to own team and ensuring optimum performance.16)Cost controlling of marketing expenses.Skills required :
