Position Accountabilities.1. To take care of complete maintenance of paint shop & assembly Including DG & compressor. 2. Leading a team for trouble shooting and smooth running of equipment s & their annual performance.3. Adhere to all type of safety norms stipulated by statutory agencies4. Ensure effective implementation of TPM & TQM practices in the plant.5. Maintaining 100% adherence of preventive maintenance schedule and increase the availability of machines enabling meeting plant efficiency, quality and cost targets6. Taking care of Maintenance spare parts planning for all equipment s.7.Monitoring the Organization Policy Implementation in Department. (TS 16949, ISO, OHSAS, EMS, KAIZEN, RISE Circle, CFT, TPM, MQW etc.)8. Design of PM / CM Plan of Equipment, Audits: -PM, Safety,1S&2S9. Planning & Execution of Shut Down activities of sections, Analysis of Breakdowns for CAPA and promotion of Safe and Efficient Practices at all levels.10. Monitoring & Controlling Maintenance CAPEX /REVEX, Daily Maintenance Activity and Resource Conservation Activities.Key Competencies.1. Good communication & coordination skill2. Proactive with Excellent leadership skills3. Team orientated & managing the team of 15-20 people Engineers4. Target oriented & open to explore new challenges/new areas Personal Profile:Educational Qualification:BE / B Tech Mechanical (full time) from reputed instituteExperience: 15 to 20 Yrs.Critical Skills Sets (If any) TPM, TQM & PM pillar ActivitiesJob Profile / Specific desirable experiences/Preferred knowledge areas: 1. Good communication & coordination skill2. Hands on Experience in all types of conveyors used in paint shop &assembly3. Experience in all Mechanical /Electronic Equipment of Machine shop, Engine assembly, vehicle assembly & Paint shop.4. Sound knowledge of Two wheeler manufacturing Equipment s,5. Experience in Boilers, Hot water generators, cooling tower etc.6. Experience of Different types of cranes.7. Experience of 1000 KVA Cummins generators, compressor,dryers etc.8.Can take care of Statutory Compliances ( Electricity boards & pollution control board9.Spare parts planning & Maintenance budget10.Experience in TPM & TQMWho can apply
