Hiring for a Leading Perfume Manufacturer in Kolkata People from FMCG indutries are preferred Role Responsibilities Compile and present detailed monthly report for senior management perusal. Monthly Profitability Statement and analysis with budget. Voucher Approval. Cost sheet Approval. Audit of Store Records and stock analysis. Preparation of Final Accounts & Balance sheet . Projected balance sheet, CMA data, monthly profitability statement and ratio analysis. All GST Return & relevant data records. Preparation of bank hypothecation stock statement. E-Payment of direct & indirect Tax. Preparation & compiling data of GST Return/ TDS Return. Rectification on audit queries, observation as per the schedule. Assessment case of Income tax, GST, Excise & Service Tax, sale tax. Responsible for maintaining of Accounts & finalization of Financial Statements. Entire Accounts payable, employee reimbursement, flex benefits, preparation for payroll processing. TDS filing including payroll withholding tax and vendors & consultants withholding tax, handling tax notices. Preparation for Income Assessment. Service tax return, CENVAT credit refund filing, follow up with service tax department and getting refund from department. Closing of month end entries including making various provision entries, payroll entry, monthly depreciation and preparation MIS report to USA. Capitalization & maintaining for entire Fixed Assets (FAR) of Noida and Bangalore site includes complete accounting of life cycle of asset as per India GAAP. Handling entire Commercial Tax including tax filing, generation of all statutory forms, preparation of yearly assessment and getting done from the department. VAT & Service tax assessment. Preparation of all India/US statutory audits and tax audits, complete all India check list/PBC list of US audit, handling of audit queries and follow-up. ,
