Drive sales of credit cards throughState Bank branches. Drive Productivity manage costs ofacquisition and ensure compliant sourcing processes. Build and nurture relationships withthe branch managers, key employees and the Regional Managers. Single point of contact for allissues that the branches face for their day to day operations. Understand basic labor regulations,administrative responsibilities in managing sales teams. Manage 100 to 120 FOS on dailybasis. Monitor and develop sales teams, ensure sales forceeffectiveness. Graduation with minimum 9 yrs.of experience.MBA Preferable.Excellent command in Excel andMS office.Team Handling experiencemandatory.Fluency in English.,
