Institutionalize Mahindra Sales & Service Process in all dealershipsTo act as a catalyst between Sales Managers, Cluster Heads, Head Channel to implement Sales & Service ProcessDevelop and implement enquiry management systemFacilitate usage of DMS in dealerships to manage enquiries and Dealer Sales Executives (DSEs) Activities including Call ManagementFacilitate Sales Managers to conduct continuous dealer audits of processes and enhance adherence.
