Institutionalize Mahindra Sales & Service Process in all dealershipsTo act as a catalyst between Sales Managers, Cluster Heads, Head Channel to implement Sales & Service ProcessDevelop and implement enquiry management systemFacilitate usage of DMS in dealerships to manage enquiries and Dealer Sales Executives (DSEs) Activities including Call ManagementFacilitate Sales Managers to conduct continuous dealer audits of processes and enhance adherence. Facilitate BDMs to Create, Implement & Review improvement action plans at all dealershipsFacilitate DSEs capability improvement plan based on their performance wrt various KPIsCreate comprehensive knowledge repository of all MMS in the dealership territory Territory Improvement Plan and Database of Prospects/Customers/Associates Aid BDMs in creation of high-impact sales tool-kit for DSEs in various MMSCo-ordinate with BDMs for Volume Growth through coverage improvement in various micro-market segments (MMS) of each dealerships. Identify and Highlight weak areas / opportunities for improvement in effective coverage of key MMS. Facilitate BDMs in closure of these improvement opportunities including enablers like Parts & Service availabilityFacilitate BDMs to monitor & report predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Sales Processes ,
