Job Description Manager- Digital Assets will play a major role in Hoichoi s video content delivery division. She/ he is expected to contribute in making Hoichoi a simple and efficient digital platform which also allows seamless platform delivery for our Content partners. Your role will involve: Evaluating assets (i.e .Videos/ Images/ Meta data) for ensuring 100% conformance and QC to ensure smooth workflow integration in the platform.Solving day- to- day technical issues related to source files raised by PP Team.Providing metrics- driven analysis of failed assets to determine root causes and suggest and implement solutions accordingly.Setting up of an efficient error free model for content delivery.Being updated aware on current Audio, Video, Subtitling and Streaming specifications, technologies trends and ensure knowledge sharing with the rest of the Hoichoi team.Working with internal teams to provide feedback on new tools and processes.Interacting and educating external platform teams on our content and specifications, interact and update on new methods. Qualifications4+ years experience preferably working with a post- production lab/ studio with proven expertise in video packaging and delivery, syndicated workflows.Experience preparing OTT media (video, subtitles, audio).Expertise in diagnosing errors with various file formats including: ProRes, HLS, HEVCDeep understanding of digital file manufacturing processes, QC workflows, and common industry tools for file preparation.Ability to quickly analyse and reconcile video QC and deliveryGood if you have rack record of developing/ managing Video operational teams.,
