Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Strong expertise in engine aggregates2. Hands on experience on :Crank train design & calculations ( P-Theta calculations ), Valve train design & calculations3.Powerpack understanding , simulation & analysis4. Know how related to engine durability testing i.e. Pmax / Tmax / Fleet durability5. Optimisation of valve timing & cam profile6. Bearing analysis & selection ( Basics ), Hands on experience on balancer system design & calculations, Know how about silent chain drive , design & analysis7. Knowledge of intake / exhaust system design & optimisation for best performance / emission8. Understanding about CAE/FEA simulation of engine components9. Strong knowledge of engine parts related manufacturing processes & heat treatments, Knowledge of DFMEA on engine & engine parts , Knowledge of emission norms ( Domestic / Global )Experience8-15 years in Automotive R&DIndustry PreferredPreferably 2/3WhQualificationsB. Tech from NIT / IIT - Mechanical / AutomobileDiploma from Govt. Polytechnic - Mechanical / AutomobileGeneral Requirements,
