We have also worked towards setting a citizen-centric agenda for governance.Job Responsibilities- Liaise with the leadership team to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals- Lead the functions overseeing- Procurement, warehouse management, and an end to end logistics and reverse logistics of supply chain- Vendor management - vendor identification, contract negotiations, and risk management of supply contracts and agreements- Event Management - Execution of indoor and outdoor events- Facility management - Management of Housekeeping, security, and identification of service providers for annual maintenance coverage of internal facilities- Hospitality management - Identification and on-boarding of Pan India hospitality and travel service providers- Build & implement SOPs to manage workflows & day to day operations- Evaluate the efficiency of processes and implement process improvements as needed- Lead & mentor a team of executives & analysts encouraging a high-performance culture- Monitor the performance metrics of different reporting teams through defined KRAs & KPIs & take necessary steps to improve the same- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendorsMinimum Qualifications :- Strong academic record with graduation/post-graduation from a reputed institute- Strong team player- Minimum 4-8 years of experience- Self-starter with experience of working with cross-functional teams- Ability to strategically link processes, systems, metrics, and financials for complex operational function- Ability to manage critical deadlines with multiple priorities- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environmentPreferred Qualifications : - Post-graduation with majors in operations from Tier - I & Tier II Institutes- Proficiency in advanced excel, word, and PowerPoint- 5+ years of work experience in strategy/procurement/supply chain/vendor management/operations- Experience of end to end project execution is a plusJob Location: KolkataNote : For your candidature to be considered on this job, you need to apply necessarily on the companys redirected page of this job.
